We value your satisfaction above all else, which is why we have a straightforward and customer-friendly returns and exchanges policy. We understand that sometimes a bag may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you to rectify the situation.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the bag within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the bag must be in its original condition. This means that it should have no signs of wear and tear, no scratches, and all tags and accessories that came with it must still be attached. It should be in the same pristine state as when you first received it. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team. They are available to assist you via email, phone, or through our online chat support. Provide them with your order details, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service representatives will then guide you through the remaining steps.
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method you used for the purchase. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. In addition to returns, we also offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a bag for a different color, size, or style, you can do so within the 30-day return period. Let our customer service team know your exchange preferences, and they will arrange for the new item to be shipped to you once the returned item is received and processed.
